I went at the consultation appointment time and was taken for a CT scan right away with no waiting, then had a short consultation with the manager and immediately saw the director. They said my eyes, nose, and skin were thick, and that both the skin and muscles of my eyes were thick They said even with incision it could loosen again.. They kept checking my eyes while adjusting the line. They also said that even if I get epicanthoplasty, my lacrimal caruncle is not the kind that looks pretty, so they can only do a little, and that I am not a candidate for canthoplasty on the outer corner.. They also said that even if I get double eyelid surgery, I will still have hooded skin over the eyelids.. For the nose, the septum is a little larger than average, so they said it would probably work with the septum and ear cartilage, and that nose bulb correction and alar reduction would help. They drew on the face photo and explained it, so I got some sense of what kind of nose it would become. But since this was my first eye-and-nose surgery, the cost was more expensive than I expected, so I put it on hold.. The director seemed confident. You absolutely need to make a list of questions to bring. Otherwise the consultation time may be shorter than expected..
