The clinic facilities were clean and nice!! The consultation coordinator sister also checked everything carefully and didn't say things like I needed to do all sorts of extra things, which I liked. And the director was kind and explained things well in a way that fit my nose, so I felt confident!! I'm still shopping around, so I'm undecided, but overall it was good.
