First, the consultation was done after a CT scan, in the order: counselor - doctor. I liked that they did not charge separately for the consultation fee or CT scan fee. The counselor was kind and did not pressure me much to book, which I liked. But after surgery here, one side of my nose became blocked and the septum bent.. A hump irregularity also appeared, so overall I was very dissatisfied with the surgery.
