I had nose bridge surgery with Gore-Tex more than 10 years ago. They gave me a clean, sharp male nose, which was great. Fortunately there was no inflammation back then, and I was very satisfied. Later I hit my nose bridge hard and had a revision, but I was satisfied. They seem good at male noses.
