I got a consultation for my nose using donated rib cartilage, not my own. A friend had a refined, straight-ahead line, so I went for a consultation too, but I am torn between a straight-ahead line and a slightly upturned line. Right now my skin is very thin, so at the previous hospital they removed the cartilage and silicone, and only put dermis on the tip of my nose.
