I got scars from abdominal and upper-arm liposuction about 3 years ago, and the bumpy texture that was supposed to disappear after 6 months is still there. When I look at my stomach, the wrinkling makes me feel like an old woman, and I was deeply depressed for a long time and had such a hard time getting over it. I guess I can never wear a bikini for the rest of my life. I went into surgery just thinking that a little belly bulge was no big deal, without even considering side-effect cases at all. And the doctor never explained the side effects to someone as naive as me, and I got swept away by the sweet words that I could recover in a week and it would leave no trace.
