The director is hit or miss, and overall it's more factory-like than meticulous. I'm not sure the consultation was very professional haha, it was all stuff I already knew. It's cheap and good, but the effect is super short-lived or nonexistent. So I just do LDM once a week or maybe a Shurink treatment.
