They did not tell me who the director was, so I do not know who it was. Also, the service was neither rude nor especially kind, just average. They only consult through KakaoTalk, but the responses are not smooth. They keep asking the same questions.. Even during the procedure, someone just came in without any consultation with the director. Maybe it cannot be helped because it is a factory-style clinic. Since I live in Hongdae, I bought a membership and keep going because it is close, and I have spent almost 1 million won. But somehow, compared with other places, I feel no effect from the Botox at all. (I have been getting it for about 10 years, so they said I might have built up resistance, so I switched to Xeomin, but even then..) But the new skin laser, maybe Ultra Shurink or whatever it is.. it does not hurt, so that is nice. The laser does work too! haha
