I usually go once a month for regular PicoCorning because it is close to my house. PICO often has promotions, so I can get treatments cheaply, and since I am going anyway, I also get Botox, Liftera, and so on at the same time. The price is exactly the advertised price plus tax, and the results are good for the cost. Because there are so many visiting doctors, it depends on which doctor is doing the treatment, but they tend to do Pico carefully and Liftera carefully too. The male doctors are mostly kind and careful, but the female doctor... her hands are rough. The place where she injected Botox scabbed over and left a slight indentation. It looks like I will need to ask her to be gentler.
