I can't really rate the doctor's kindness because even though I had a reservation and went there, I only got to consult with the consultation manager. Of course, they explained things well, but personally I think the opinion of the person actually doing the surgery matters most, so I didn't like that. The consultation manager was kind and explained things well. Compared with what I heard at other hospitals, it was more hopeful, and the after photos of similar cases looked good, but I couldn't get a sense of how the surgery would actually go, so I passed.
