When I had my nose surgery, both nasolabial folds were very deep and I had a protruding mouth, so they suggested paranasal augmentation, and I had the nose surgery and paranasal augmentation at the same time. For about the first month, I felt a foreign-body sensation when smiling, but now, four years later, everything is completely fine. Still, the nasolabial area is not fully flattened, so that is a little disappointing.
