I had surgery about 5 years ago because it was close by, and it didn’t turn out terrible, but my eyes are uneven. Still, when I put on makeup, it is manageable, and on days when the swelling is not bad, it’s fine. I thought it was interesting that the consultation was done by taking front and side photos, but after the surgery and during recovery I found out that someone I know was shown those photos during their consultation? It made me feel really bad. Also, I thought I had only done double eyelids, so they would just tell me what was needed and do the procedure, but after everything was finished, the doctor said something like I should have done epicanthoplasty too (?) or that I should have done it (?) and the way they said it really made me think, what was that? Haha. But I think it was good that I didn’t do epicanthoplasty.
