The procedures were all fine, but the coordinator who consulted with me seemed not to really know what my face needed. I guess I should say she lacked a bit of professionalism.. She was kind, but I felt a little disappointed. I got a few procedures bundled together the way I wanted, and I was satisfied with the result.
