I had one side of my dimple surgery done, and for about three months after the procedure I was depressed and regretted it. At that time it looked extremely unnatural to the point that I even had a consultation about removing the stitches, and the hollow in the cheek made my jaw look square. Now it is fine because it only dips in slightly when I smile, but if you do not want to go through a period of hating your own face, I do not recommend it
