Why are the reviews here so bad? T_T I had revision surgery here this year and it was so, so good and I'm very satisfied. During the consultation at first, I honestly felt like I didn't understand what they were saying and got anxious because I couldn't follow well, but my friends had their surgery here and all of them changed into really pretty celebrity-like eyes, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. What was unusual was that on the day of surgery, instead of the consultation room, I went into the operating room, sat down, and had the line checked there, then after a really long consultation the final decision was made and I had the surgery lying down. What impressed me most was that the director tried very hard to fully understand what kind of eye shape the patient wanted as much as possible. Because the result came after such a long consultation, they really made the eye shape I wanted. T_T What I feel, both for my friends who had it done here and for me, is that the director's consultation is honestly hard to understand, but the surgical results are truly more than satisfying. The doctor is kind, but the staff... aside from the people sitting at the counter, the operating room staff were rude and that made me upset, and the facilities are a bit outdated, but other than that I really have no complaints.
