I made a reservation for the time they told me at the hospital and arrived 20 minutes early, but the wait ended up being longer than I expected. It turned out they hadn't checked that I had arrived properly, and although I did receive an apology, I still had to wait almost an hour and a half, so I wasn't in a good mood. I had gone just for nose lifting, but they kept recommending other things, which was a bit uncomfortable. The lifting procedure itself is still satisfactory so far.
