They explained it in a way that made it sound like everything would come off with just one mole removal, but not even 1 bit came off. On top of that, it was expensive.. The doctor was kind and the hospital staff were all kind too. The clinic is small but clean and nice. It's just a little disappointing that the mole didn't come off at all T_T
