The consultation did not feel professional, and no ultrasound was done separately. It was disappointing that they did not really look directly at my arm and only glanced at the accessory breast tissue. I briefly thought about just going ahead because they gave me a very large discount, but since it is my own body, safety matters more, so I am still debating it.
