The doctor was kind and gentle when performing the procedure. They seem to take skin type into consideration quite a bit. The consultation manager was also fine, but the front desk staff felt a bit odd. I didn't hear my name being called, so I couldn't answer, and they treated me somewhat irritably. They also didn't separately explain the locker, so I ended up getting guidance from the person applying the anesthetic cream. I paid through the app and was canceled on the way to the hospital, which was absurd, but they did handle it somehow. The front desk people acted like they didn't know anything, but hmm.. I don't think the payment would have canceled itself. Still, I was satisfied because I got a cheap pico laser treatment.
