I had surgery with the lead director last year. It is a hospital famous for lower-body procedures, but the price was so good and the hospital was already fairly well known, so I just went ahead with abdominal liposuction, and the result is so-so. The pain right after surgery was minimal, but I did not lose as much as I wanted. I even lost a lot of weight through dieting, but still. I guess liposuction really does depend on which hospital is good at it. haha
