Absolutely not recommended. I had it done there and it was a total disaster. They just make the nose look like an Avatar, way too bulky. I had a revision there because they said they would fix it, but it was exactly the same as the first time. After living under stress for four years, I'm just tired now and thinking about removing the entire nose, really think carefully before you go.
