After nose surgery, the scar tissue inside the nose and protruding cartilage are driving me crazy. The nose shape is of course big like a piggy nose, and the tip is thick. Even from the side, the nose is lifted up like a upturned nose, and you can see right into the nostrils. Inside there is scar tissue and protruding cartilage, so even the nasal hair sticks out. I am under so much stress, and seriously, do not go there, absolutely do not. They used L-shaped silicone, which causes inflammation, absolutely. And it also feels like the surgery was not even done by the doctor..
