Design Review

Went for a consultation for a man's eyes and nose. Had a consultation with Director [Doctor A] (extremely handsome, lol). Maybe because of the consultation fee of 10,000 won, he was the kindest. He marked the eye line both thickly and lightly, and for each version explained the pros and cons and the shape that would suit me. He probably adjusted it carefully more than 20 times? He also explained things diligently while drawing eye diagrams, floor plans, and perspective views, so I was like... okay, I trust this. I showed him the photos I wanted, and he explained one by one what kind of surgery and design would be needed to get that result. I really liked how much he reflected my needs. For eye correction as well, while keeping my eyes in mind, he said there was a 90% chance I would not need it, but that in the operating room, after making the incision and creating the double eyelid, if they made me open my eyes and it seemed necessary, they would have to do it right there. He said he was telling me in advance just in case. The explanation of why eye correction was needed and when it should be done felt rational and logical. I was seriously moved. For the nose, he said it was not really necessary... that it was already high enough;; (Then what exactly am I supposed to fix?) If I really wanted, he said I could try one round of filler first, and if that looked okay, then when the filler dissolves, we could do surgery based on that shape. He also said, from his personal view, my cheekbones look pretty when I smile, so fat grafting in that shape might be even better, which I liked. If I only do the double eyelids, it would be 990,000 won for incision surgery + 400,000 won for eye correction (if needed in the operating room).
