The consultation with the director was good. He answered my questions well. He recommended whether to do an incision or a non-incision procedure, but it seemed like he would do whatever the patient wanted. I had planned to do buried sutures if single-point buried sutures were possible, but he recommended doing the whole thing over again for me.
