ㅋㅂㅈ On CT, they said I have severe septal deviation and thick inferior turbinates, so functional rhinoplasty; and because my nose is crooked, osteotomy; for the nasal bridge, no implant or postauricular fascia; for the nasal tip, they said to use my existing septal cartilage and ear cartilage from both sides. I don’t usually have major nasal function problems, but sometimes I sound nasal. Eligible for private insurance

Should I go with the simpler place? Or should I go with the place that also handles the functional issues? I’m so confusedㅜ
