I paid without ever meeting the doctor, only through the consultation manager. During the 10 visits, I didn't see any effect at all, and I barely talked to the doctor, so I don't know whether they were kind or not; The skin-treatment staff member was so kind and friendly that I kept going because of that. I don't think I'll go a second time.
