I have had lip filler twice. The first time, it was not very painful and I had no bruising. When I came back for a touch-up, I got bruised, and it lasted about 1 to 2 weeks. I did not have a separate consultation with the doctor. I would lie on the bed, they would come in, give a brief explanation, and then inject right away. And every time I go, I feel this: I have never once felt that the staff were especially kind. I just let it go, thinking maybe they are busy because there are so many people.
