They explained things kindly and well. From other reviews it seemed like there was no CCTV or anesthesiology department, but the director clearly tells you what areas are not suitable and does not force any specific area, which I liked. They did push a bit for a reservation deposit, but they were flexible with refunds and such, and the fact that the director personally participates in things like stitch removal is a plus.
