They checked the septum by putting a cotton swab inside my nose without taking an X-ray, and I cried It felt kind of sad. But the doctor explained things well. They only do one surgery a day and said they would do revision surgery for at least four hours. There were many Japanese people at the clinic. They said my septum was weak, but then suggested using the septum anyway, which was confusing.
