First of all, I did not get a CT scan separately. Instead, they inserted a swab to check the size of the septum, and it hurt quite a bit so I teared up... lol Still, the doctor looked at everything carefully and informed me that if I wanted the nose shape I had in mind, I would need this kind of surgery. That said, it seemed like it would be a bigger surgery than I expected, so it made me reflect on how casually I had been thinking about it. The doctor said they only do one surgery a day, so it did not feel factory-like. On the other hand, the price is pretty high.
