The facility is clean and the staff are kind. But if a previous consultation runs long, then there is endless waiting.. Still, I guess that means they are being thorough ! The manager speaks in a calm and clear way. There was no pressure to book. But for the first procedure, it felt expensive.. The doctor, just as the reviews said, checks deep inside the nose with a probe (it hurts so much that it brings tears T_T) and said I would need costal cartilage because the septum is weak.. I am seriously conflicted about that part! Other than that, they kindly explained the surgery method and answered questions. The consultation took about 20 to 30 minutes.
