TJ explained very well in a way that was easy for me to understand which surgical method would be used lol. I had been confused no matter how many reviews I read about whether burial or incision would be right for me I couldn't tell whether the skin on my eyelids was thick or thin, but the director told me right away. I liked that they answered well even when I asked about all sorts of things, so I ended up asking a lot of detailed questions, and overall I feel like I could understand eye surgery better? To the point that I could explain it briefly to my friends lol
