It was nice that the director personally handled the consultation and was kind, but the consultation manager was really... ... I'm in my mid-20s, and the moment they suggested thread lifting, I was like, no way.. In the end I just got Botox, but at the time I don't think it was the right procedure for me.. I went through with it because I insisted, but I wish they had explained the side effects. The director is kind.
