A total of 60 photos to be sent lol 20 original photos before surgery and 40 photos after surgery across 2 sessions Permission for photos to be used on the director's blog Permission for photos to be used in the hospital's in-house brochure and reviews The hospital has rights to use the photos for Instagram and all hospital advertising online Photos may be used for 3 years If I want them deleted, I have to request it individually after 3 years They may also use medical photos however they want (before and after photos taken by the hospital, not the selfies I send) I do not remember how many times they wanted review posts
