I had surgery before, and I wanted only the tip of my nose raised a bit more, so I got a nasal tip procedure there. The tip was preserved well and looked natural. It wasn't exactly the nose I wanted, but it turned out natural.. If you want something natural, I recommend it.. I asked for a very natural result, so it bothered me a little that it ended up too natural..
