I went for a consultation because I was interested in Cozy Nose. The director explained things slowly and kindly. The manager was also very kind, and after the director finished the consultation, she gave additional explanations, and it felt like she had as much knowledge about rhinoplasty as the director. My skin is thick, so I am not sure whether Cozy Nose would make a big difference, so I am putting it on hold for now, but overall it was a place I liked.
