I only went to clinics that do no-implant surgery and autologous cartilage, and this is the fifth place I checked out! What was different from the other clinics was that they do it without opening the nose, which made me more interested. I am still weighing the pros and cons, so I have not been able to decide definitively, but since this clinic does both no-open surgery and autologous cartilage, it is the place I am most drawn to!
