I consulted with the director, and he seemed to take a lot of pride in eye surgery. It seems he has done many double eyelid surgeries, but there did not seem to be many cases of under-eye fat repositioning among the consultations I received. He explained that each doctor has a different method for under-eye fat repositioning surgery, and the doctor himself was kind.
