I went there for removal purposes just by looking at the reviews when I did not know anything, and they held it in place naturally and well. There was nothing pushy, and I think they are amazing at eye surgery. As for the nose, I do not know about now, but at the time they preferred to do the tip reduction with an incision, so I think it would be good to get a consultation for the nose at another specialized hospital.
