The waiting time was almost like a charity clinic. I was directed to a treatment room as the waiting area and waited 3 hours there. The consultation took about 10 minutes. They said that if you do not make a reservation on the same day as the consultation, you cannot book the procedure right away and have to consult again before booking it. The reason, they said, is that they do not keep the charts. The consultation chart only briefly notes that there are no allergies and when the scar was formed... and then it just gets thrown away the next day. The procedure cost was 2.18 million won for two laser sessions on the double-eyelid scar. The consultation covered the laser method and review photos, and the director said he was confident in laser procedures and liposuction. Also, the hospital called ahead to say that if I did not arrive on time for the reservation, I might not be able to get the consultation.
