I wanted to make my small, rounded, low-key nose just a little more defined, so I went to the once-famous Dream clinic for a consultation. My original impression is not especially sharp or intense, so I only wanted my nose to look a little more defined too. I said it would be nice to have just the tip slightly sharper without implants, and the doctor did not push anything excessive. They told me that the nose I described would suit me better than just putting in an implant and making it high no matter what. But because my bridge is also crooked and I have rhinitis, I ended up looking into a clinic that could also do ENT surgery, and my rhinoplasty plan fell apart, so I never had the surgery... Still, since it was famous, I was a bit surprised by the price. Are all places this expensive? T_T
