I had already had a back canthoplasty before, so lower eyelid fat repositioning could also be done as a revision. They said external canthoplasty had to be done together to avoid eye-corner eversion or loosening, so I had that done too. The external canthoplasty also counted as revision surgery, bringing the total to 2.49 million KRW. I wanted lower blepharoplasty because of a supra lift and midface lift, but because of my age and sagging they said lower blepharoplasty was not necessary and recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning instead, so I went with that. I do not know the shape yet because I am still swollen.
