The director was very kind, and the staff were, um..? The waiting time was extremely long, and it felt like the director was being overshadowed by the staff..? Anyway, getting to the main point, I went in for consultation about philtrum reduction and also a philtrum dimple, but here they are a clinic that cuts from outside the skin, so scarring was my biggest concern.. Kindness and professionalism aside, I removed it from my shortlist right away because of the scar, which is the natural enemy of philtrum surgery..
