I went because I wanted a revision with incisional surgery after my buried sutures came undone several times. I visited through a friend's recommendation and got a consultation, but the doctor strongly preferred a very natural result and conservative surgery, so he gently expressed how difficult it was for my eyes, saying that buried sutures would probably come undone again, while incisional surgery would carry more risk... T_T Seeing my friend, the buried-suture method really was done very naturally, so if your eyes can be treated with buried sutures alone, I recommend it. My eyes are extremely difficult, so in the end I went somewhere else for incisional surgery...
