The doctor was kind, and even though I did not say anything during the consultation, he identified exactly the part I had been worried about, so I trusted him and went ahead with the surgery. The managers felt like neighborhood aunties.. they were a little rude and not very kind. They made it extremely natural for me, but it ended up uneven.
