The doctor here seems to do liposuction very conservatively. I think they speak as realistically as possible, so personally I recommend getting a consultation here first. Liposuction is inherently risky, and if too much is removed, dents or adhesions can become severe, so I was sad when the doctor said there really was not a place to do liposuction, but it felt good that they were being objective and honest. If you want a lot of volume removed, I recommend going for a consultation.
