For full-face fat grafting, the director gave an honest and good consultation. Feeling the face while explaining what could be done and what couldn’t be done, and that for some things a second fat graft would be needed, it felt comfortable rather than salesy. If you prepare in advance with questions about the take rate, side effects, and so on, I think it would be fine to go.
