For only the first month or two after the swelling went down, it was okay around the nasolabial fold area. But now, five years after the surgery, it seems to have calcified or something, because there is a hard lump there like a nodule. When I smile or make a lot of expressions, it looks creepy and ugly I think I need to have it removed entirely It is only the exact area that was filled that bulges when I make expressions, so maybe I should add more around it naturally, but adding more feels like a gamble, so I am living with it for now. If I get a chance to remove it, I plan to take it out.
