I remember having surgery twice, in 2017 and 2019. It was called something like Magic Cheekbone? They removed fat from multiple areas, including the cheekbones, jawline, and buccal fat. They advertised it as having no swelling, and from the day of surgery until the next day there really was no swelling, which was amazing, but after that swelling did appear. I was in my early to mid 20s at the time, so as baby fat later came off, I ended up looking into fat grafting and fillers instead The surgery itself was just okay, I think. Maybe my face simply didn’t have that much to remove in the first place.
