It is a large hospital, so maybe I expected too much because the reviews were good? What was frustrating was that instead of answering my questions clearly, they gave vague, roundabout answers. The staff were kind, but I was dissatisfied with the consultation with the doctor... The consultation time was also too short. For a major surgery like a facelift, I think enough consultation time is important... And when consulting with the doctor, I think it would be better if the coordinator stepped out so I could focus. Still, since it is a big hospital and they have seen many cases, if you want surgery there, you should at least consult them.. Personally, I do not think I will do it here. I immediately felt it was not a fit... It was the quality of the consultation that I was unhappy with, not that the doctor was rude. The doctor was actually kind, so no misunderstanding.
